After a rigorous and widely applauded selection process for the empowerment of 350 participants in Digital Skills, E Commerce and Digital Finance and would be empowered with N50,000, N100,000 and N250,000 grant each, the successful participants proceeded into online trainings for the past 3 weeks.

Karakata 2022 is another sustainable vision from distinguished Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim, the PDP Senatorial Candidate for Kwara South, to reduce the unemployment rate in Kwara South to the nearest minimum. 

This initiative has since been carried out and coordinated by the Karakata Technical Team, other professionals and facilitators.

The program was officially slated for four weeks - three weeks for online training in courses like web design, app design, YouTube monetization, E commerce,  group buying, mini importation, listing on jumia, Financial discipline, Customer relationship management, Email, and WhatsApp marketing, POS Business amongst others.

These classes were laid into three segments; the Digital Hub, the E-commerce hub, and the Finance hub.

With 350 participants in all the classes, there was apt coordination of events, thanks to the Karakata team led by Barrister Titilope Akogun. The online classes had professionals in various digitally inclined fields to take every beneficiary through the sessions, and there was huge attendance and feedback after each of the classes from participants and testimonies haven't stopped coming in.

To God be the glory, the online classes comes to a halt on the 5th of February, 2023. We are happy that the participants are roaring with the growth and development they have experienced within these three weeks and are ready to explore the world of possibilities.

Sequel to the completion of the online training, information will be passed across to everyone concerning the next line of action as we near the end of the KARAKATA 2022.

Be rest assured, it will be a grand ending and everyone would be pleased to have been a part of this scheme.

To all participants, congratulations to you all on the fulfillment of the online classes. We hope you grew through what you went through, and we hope to see you making strides in your respective choice of digital experience you garnered during these three weeks.
